ABOUT ME
I am an acupuncturist and practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine with over 20 years of experience.
I work with patients at my North York clinic and at the St. Johns Rehab Centre at Sunnybrook Hospital. I have also previously worked at the Dovigi Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Clinic at Mount Sinai Hospital.
I obtained my Bachelor of Medicine in China at the Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and my Master of Science of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at South Baylo University in California, USA.
I have worked in Toronto for the majority of my career, helping patients with a variety of conditions. Over the years, I have gained a great deal of specialized experience working with patients suffering from conditions such as diabetes, glaucoma, tinnitus, and stroke-related issues such as paralysis, speech problems, short-term memory problems, and swallowing problems.
I believe that acupuncture has something to offer everyone. What I find to be the most rewarding aspect of my job is seeing firsthand how acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine can open new doors for patients who have either given up hope or are simply unaware of all the options available to them.
If you are interested in seeing how acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine can help you, I would be more than happy to meet with you.
I speak Korean, Mandarin, and English.
